Master in the US returns to Vietnam to establish a software company

Mr. Luong is a master’s graduate who studied in the US. After returning to Vietnam, he had a talent for software development and wanted to start a software business. However, he didn’t know where to begin. In the US, establishing a company is very difficult because he is a Vietnamese student. Furthermore, none of his acquaintances understood the process of registering a company. Especially for software, selling to other companies requires issuing invoices. Therefore, establishing a company is crucial.

When meeting with lawyers from Inter Justice, Mr. Luong was advised on the necessary procedures and documents for establishing a software company. However, the company name Mr. Luong chose was already in use by an existing business, so Inter Justice advised him to change the name to avoid confusion while still ensuring legal protection. To commemorate his time studying in the United States and his homeland, Mr. Luong chose the company name “American Technology Vietnam Joint Stock Company”.

After Inter Justice represented him in the company registration process and issued a business registration certificate, Mr. Luong’s software company now owns several computer software programs for warehouse management and aquaculture monitoring, all of which have been registered for protection at the Copyright Office.
